Private working context.

New audits create a private working report and a separate website-only copy for editorial review. The operator can preview and approve the website copy before anyone can read it without a login. Approved reports contain selected-page observations, source excerpts, rule boundaries and a limited action handoff. They remain until the operator withdraws them.

Do not submit confidential links, account pages or sensitive content. The editorial copy contains only separately prepared website evidence; it is not published by submitting the start form. URLs with query strings or fragments are conservatively kept out of the public copy; the private audit retains the exact submitted URL.

What stays private

Business background, confirmed facts, intended indexing settings, important customer questions, imported AI answers and citations, original snapshots, private exports and session tokens are not published. Public findings are evaluated separately from raw website evidence without this private context. Adding context or AI records later does not change the public copy.

The private workspace requires the browser session that started the audit. Knowing a public report address does not grant access to its private workspace or downloads. Existing reports made before this publication policy remain private unless a separate website-only public copy is explicitly prepared.

Retention and withdrawal

Raw snapshots, private reports, answer imports and browser sessions use a seven-day retention assumption. Expired access is denied immediately. Cleanup runs at startup and while the application runs; physical files cannot be removed while it is stopped. Public website reports are stored separately and do not expire with the private workspace. The operator can approve, reject, withdraw or restore the website copy in the Chinese management interface. Restoring a rejected copy returns it to review; it does not publish it.

Public reports do not establish ownership, client status, endorsement, indexing, AI citations or business outcomes. No content is sent for model training or used for customer outreach. Only import records you are allowed to process.

This service stores the private workspace and independently reviewed website-only reports. Indexing eligibility applies only to approved public evidence; it does not establish search-engine indexing.
